Servo Spindle Drive Features
The ZD210 and ZD510 series AC asynchronous servo spindle driver are developed based on the operating conditions of the machine tools. The product has stable performance, abundant function, and strong overload capacity. It is matched with the KND ZJY (- K) series spindle motor, which has excellent performance and can also be matched with thirdparty motors. The complete self-learning function eliminates the need for users to set complicated parameters. When cooperating with the F series CNC system, driver parameter settings and debugging can be completed on the CNC system.

DRIVER OVERVIEW
Servo driver series
At present,here are two series of drivers in KND,and they are SD310 and SD510.
SD510 is a kind of new driver platform developed by KND,which is based on hardware current loop. It adopts a higher performance CPU and optimized control algorithm,
which made the frequency response bandwith of current loop and speed loop get a great improvement for the synchronous system.It can also help to achieve the processing
requirements of high-speed and high-precision . This new product was designed by a optimized electromagnetic compatibility and heat dissipation scheme.
Spindle Driver series
ZD210 and ZD510 series products are a kind of AC asynchronous servo spindle drivers,which are developed by the working conditions of the machine tools.They have a more stable performance,richer functions and stronger overload capability.If it is combined with KND ZJY(-K) series spindle motor, the performance will be better.It can also be used with a third party motor, its complete self-learning function can avoid complex parameters setting.
